Proper Installation of Decorative Hardware on Full Overlay Doors:

Merillat advises that decorative hardware screws be countersunk to prevent the screw from chipping or marring the surface of the frame for full overlay doors. This advisement is for Whitebay II, Ashlynn Creek, Enfield II, Rutland II, Portrait, and Lariat product lines. The Northport door does not require hardware, but if hardware is applied, then the countersink recommendation should be followed.
