Within 30 days of receipt of this shipment, you may return any item in its original condition. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets this condition. Merillat can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Packaging Your Return
Please fill out the return information and include this packing slip with your return.
Guidelines for Proper Packaging:
- Wrap items separately and securely
- Use adequate cushioning material
- Use a rigid carton
- Apply strong tape designed for shipping (do not use string)
- Attach a single address label with a clear and complete delivery and return address
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
