The conversion kit includes a new set of outside guides, adaptors, and a sheet of instructions regarding the removal of the old guides and the installation of the new units. They will replace the left and right plastic adaptors. The kit includes hardware for one drawer or sliding shelf. For 24" deep cabinets only. Available in white.
Note: Merillat discontinued the drawer slide brackets. The replacement guides in the conversion kit can be used as a substitute to these older slide brackets.

exactly what I needed
The replacement tracks for the drawers were better than original and exactly what I needed.

I would say its a mark improvement over the original design, but I think a bit unfair to make customer pay a $15.00 upgrade to repair a lifetime warranty cabinet repair when the company discontinued the original option of replacements

Kit came without screws, otherwise it would have been a 5. Worked well and easily though.

EASY CONVERSION!
I had four broken drawer slides: two drawers and two drawers within base cupboards. Although it was not all too easy to remove the old adapter in the back of the cupboards, putting in the replacement slide was so quick and easy! TIP: I was fortunate to have a little bit of space behind my base cupboards to the wall. Thus, I was able to push the little "knob" that would not displace through with a drill or screwdriver. So grateful that I found this product and that the project is done. Once again I have organization and efficiency in my kitchen!

Easy, quick fix but..
Not sure how long these replacements will last. They don't appear any stronger than the poorly designed parts they replace.

Took the old one out and popped the new one in and good to go.

It was so easy to install!
The original bracket that held the track of the sliding shelf had broke. This replacement part of the bracket & slider fit perfectly into the hole from the previous slider bracket. It lined right up & was the exact length of the original slider. It also lined up and was level with the other slider. Only one had a broken bracket, so I only replaced one. Thank goodness they make this product.
