The conversion kit includes a new set of outside guides, adaptors, and a sheet of instructions regarding the removal of the old guides and the installation of the new units. They will replace the left and right plastic adaptors. The kit includes hardware for one drawer or sliding shelf. For 21" deep cabinets only. Available in white.
Note: Merillat discontinued the drawer slide brackets. The replacement guides in the conversion kit can be used as a substitute to these older slide brackets.

What I Needed
The product did the job. It is better constructed than the original and I believe it will last a lot longer. And it didn't take a lot of time to replace the old hardware.

Easy to install
The installation of the new vanity drawer guide was very easy. Infact, I did not have to replace the guide on the drawer. The most difficult part of the installation was removing the broken pieces from the back of the vanity cabinet.

The product worked perfectly. I wasn't sure how I was going to resolve my issue. Thank you for selling the hardware separately.

Works OK.
I couldn't get the plastic brackets installed in the back of the cabinet but the rails made an allowance for that with the ability to screw the bracket into the cabinet. The biggest drawback was it took 18 days to receive these brackets so plan accordingly.
