The conversion kit includes a new set of outside guides, adaptors, and a sheet of instructions regarding the removal of the old guides and the installation of the new units. They will replace the left and right plastic adaptors. The kit includes hardware for one drawer or sliding shelf. For 24" deep cabinets only. Available in white.
Note: Merillat discontinued the drawer slide brackets. The replacement guides in the conversion kit can be used as a substitute to these older slide brackets.

Reordered after testing the first tracks
Okay... How simple does it get... Pop-out the old brackets with a screwdriver. Push in the new brackets. Fasten the screws. Put your pots and pans back in the cupboard. Thanks for the solution that saved me from buying entire new cupboards, which I did not need. Hopefully, these will last a few years.

Drawer works now
Drawer works great now. I actually just needed the plastic piece on the end of the drawer slide guide, however it was not available.

Perfect price, Perfect fit, installed in under 3 minutes
After going back and forth with Merillat to figure out exactly what I needed, I received exactly what I needed. Yes, everyone is writing about the original parts failing after 15 to 25 years, but these things do not last forever. I hope this part takes these cabinets, which I love, through another 25 years. Thanks, Merillat at least for providing perfect service for me to get a replacement guide quickly and at a fair price. By the way, I just ordered 2 more to fix the others that are falling apart. Just wanted to make sure these would work. They did, Perfectly!

Replacement cabinet slides.
Direct replacement for the originals. Though slightly longer then the originals, they lined up perfect with the attachment points at both ends.

Order came without brackets.
I ordered this kit because I needed the brackets. I was out of town for the holidays and the package came while I was gone. When I finally got around to opening the package, the brackets were missing. I tried calling the number on the invoice several times and was not able to connect with anyone. I would like to get this resolved. Someone please contact me. The order was shipped on December 13, 2019.
