The conversion kit includes a new set of outside guides, adaptors, and a sheet of instructions regarding the removal of the old guides and the installation of the new units. They will replace the left and right plastic adaptors. The kit includes hardware for one drawer or sliding shelf. For 24" deep cabinets only. Available in white.
Note: Merillat discontinued the drawer slide brackets. The replacement guides in the conversion kit can be used as a substitute to these older slide brackets.

Conversion Kit Minus any Installation Instructions
The cabinets we have in our kitchen were new in 1991. there was a small plastic part that broke that basically held the guide to the drawer. That part that could have fixed the problem, is no longer available. However, there is a replacement part, which I ordered so we could fix the problem and put the drawer back in place. Well, the part arrived without any instructions as to how it should be installed. If this is supposed to retrofit the part that is no longer available, instructions would have been helpful as to how to install it. Unfortunately, the problem has not been solved and the drawer is still sitting on the dining room table.

Potential improvement, but not backward compatible
I purchased this conversion kit after researching everywhere on the Internet. Not until I remembered that Merillat provided our kitchen cabinets did I think to search this site. I was very excited to find this kit and ordered two; one to repair a set that broke and another as a backup. Disappointed to then learn that the original drawer bracket and the new cabinet bracket do not match up. The nylon rollers are different diameters. Also, the new rollers are positioned differently on the bracket so the drawer does not slide or rest correctly.

I am more than pleased with this product. It was so easy to install. Had my drawer back in no time. I still have a couple of more to replace on the pull out drawers. Will be ordering them soon.

Kitchen guide rails easy to install
This conversion kit was super easy to install, 5 minutes and done. It took longer to clean out my cupboards to give me room to work.

Replaced rollers for drawer
Easy to install, however, the screws did not come with the kit, so i had to go to a local hardware to find some. Only 10 cents each, but it would have been better if they came with the kit.
